1. Digital Product Nature
Fictionora sells digital fiction ebooks only. All products are delivered electronically after payment. Because digital products are instantly accessible, they cannot be returned like physical goods.
2. No Return Policy
Once an ebook is purchased and delivered (download or access granted), it is considered used and cannot be returned.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases: duplicate payment for the same product, technical error where the user does not receive access after payment, or payment deducted but order not generated successfully.

5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after purchase, downloaded or accessed ebooks, incorrect expectations, or misuse/sharing of content.

Fictionora reserves the right to deny refunds if any fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
